The seventh biennial Codex was last week! Held at the Craneway Pavilion in Richmond, California, Codex features a stunning array of artist’s books from people all around the world. Our greeting card line keeps us so busy, Painted Tongue doesn’t have any books to display… this time. But we are still involved!

Bettina had her own table displaying her letterpress-printed books, Liz worked at Barry Ebner’s table and Mitsuko worked at Bryan Kring’s (both artists from the Bay Area), and Kim stopped by to visit everyone.

Codex is held every two years, so come check it out in 2021 to see amazing work in the world of books!
